Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype Stayed at the Luxury Suites at Berjaya Times Square expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The room was outdated and not well-maintained — stained sheets, dirty carpets, popped up tiles, stained bathtub and a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Cleanliness was below par. Despite advertising as "luxy" the unit felt more like a poorly managed budget rental. The photos online were clearly misleading. With so many better options in KL, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or peace of mind. Definitely not worth it.

酒店最大優點，處於市中心，樓下就是商場大廈超市餐廳，出門即地鐵站。 但是我住的這個房間，裝修簡陋，傢俱老舊。看大家更注重什麼自己選擇吧。

This place is a horror show. Worst place I booked in my life. Smells like smoke, urine and dirty. The location is great but this place will never be booked and I'm telling people to STAY AWAY!

套房內的所有傢俱比較殘舊，大部分傢俬已經很殘舊，床褥已經凹陷，睡得非常不舒服，沒有拖鞋提供，廚房房門，梳化很多地方都有破爛情況！非常失望！

房間很舊，一股味道，空調製冷效果不好，別被豪華服務公寓字眼給騙了，Tower A 鬧哄哄的，印度團隊入住，一股狐臭味，走廊飄出咖喱味，這地方真的吃不消住。地理位置很好，邊上就是商場，走出去玩，吃喝挺方便

Stayed at A3817, East Tower, high floor, open concept unit with King-size bed plus sofa. Happy with good wifi. Convenient and clean. Please note that the food court "Taste of Asia" is under renovation, but there are lots of other eateries in Berjaya Time Square.
