套房內的所有傢俱比較殘舊，大部分傢俬已經很殘舊，床褥已經凹陷，睡得非常不舒服，沒有拖鞋提供，廚房房門，梳化很多地方都有破爛情況！非常失望！

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype Stayed at the Luxury Suites at Berjaya Times Square expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The room was outdated and not well-maintained — stained sheets, dirty carpets, popped up tiles, stained bathtub and a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Cleanliness was below par. Despite advertising as "luxy" the unit felt more like a poorly managed budget rental. The photos online were clearly misleading. With so many better options in KL, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or peace of mind. Definitely not worth it.

The room looks a bit old but it's not a big issue. Besides, other amenities have been replaced like beds and televisions. Spacious space..suitable for my family. The location is one of the reason I choose this place, because it's attached to the mall..
