酒店很新，還有點裝修味。位置比較偏遠，都需要打車很遠才能去市中心，打車又很堵，裝修一般，感覺沒有國內全季好。附近吃的也不多，都要打車出去，唯一的優點是樓下有個24h超市。

很好的住宿體驗。房間乾淨通風，枕頭，床，被單都很舒服。廁所也乾淨。工作人員有禮貌酒店隔壁商場很多餐廳各種食物都有，找吃方便。

Breakfast buffet was good selection, However I think they need to improve of the front desk service,called for many times no one pick up my call and email only reply one then no more reply ,after when check in already mentioned want to add extra bed and is already 3.10pm but still no ready yet with the original room been booked ,and ask I would like to paid extra for add another bed still never done the process immediately and ask me go to the counter another time for payment ,asking to add another person for breakfast buffet never informed where I should I paid and wait until I ask ,please next time just tell your customer in one time settle everything ,do let we walk here there 😒 and please be on time to get ready the room ,if your not ready the room on time should let your customer have a drinks or snack while we are waiting ,no only seat there for nothing 15-20 mins for wait for nothing .

飯店人員服務都很親切，需要時也會主動提供協助，房間整體上很乾淨明亮舒適，設施主要有戶外泳池、室內健身房和桑拿。隔壁連通商場，吃東西買東西都很方便，不過商場22:00就關了，如果想吃消夜就要叫外送了。飯店的早餐非常多樣化而且用心準備，是好吃的，想要吃的都有。有些房間鄰近穆斯林大樓(不確定建築確切名字)，清晨五點多的時候會有很大的祈禱聲響，我已經戴耳機了但還是被吵醒，建議淺眠的旅客可在訂房時主動告知這部分，就會被安排在靠近民宅的房間。總之整體上的入住感覺是很良好的，CP值也很高，若地理位置符合需求，蠻推薦入住的。

這個酒店裝修還是挺好的，2024年開業的，然後保持了，萬一的一貫水準嗯，早飯也挺豐盛的，然後這個位置距離吉隆坡的市中心，稍微是有一點遠，但是整體還是挺安靜的

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South was truly excellent. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with great attention to detail and comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices every morning. The location is convenient and provides easy access to nearby attractions and transport. 衹在吉隆坡停留一晚，就定了離機場相對近一點的酒店，前台工作人員專業，有東西遺漏電話提醒。注意早晚高峰去機場要提前規劃好時間，會經過他們擁堵的一段路程。本地人推薦的附近餐廳**很好吃！

The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was decent. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. There was only one receptionist available during both check-in and check-out, which caused a long wait and inconvenience, especially during a busy weekend. Additionally, my card was charged twice, and when I raised the issue, the receptionist handled it unprofessionally and seemed unsure of how to resolve the situation. This was quite frustrating. Another inconvenience was the elevator access. The lobby lift is not connected to the parking lift. We had to exit the hotel and go through the adjacent mall just to access the parking lift, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was good in terms of the room itself, but the hotel definitely needs to improve staff availability and customer service, especially on weekends when guest traffic is high.

overall, we had such a lovely time with our stay! the facilities were great, pool was slightly small but still had a good workout in. Plus side, the location is quite convenient in a way where it’s so near to the mall and quite abit of eateries in the mall. The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, however the pillows were on a very soft side, would be good to had a studier pillow. The breakfast buffet had such a variety of options, loveee the hainan coffee. We also booked with the merdeka package with a free afternoon tea set, which was a lovely experience.

酒店很新，還有點裝修味。位置比較偏遠，都需要打車很遠才能去市中心，打車又很堵，裝修一般，感覺沒有國內全季好。附近吃的也不多，都要打車出去，唯一的優點是樓下有個24h超市。
