總體服務ok，酒店微信小助手非常好這點值得表揚👍 總結幾個問題， 1，三個人入住三人套房，房卡衹給一張非常不方便，分開行動回來，要進房間，然後需要找人來開，而且並不核實身份 2，按金收取可以接受，但是原路返回需要3-5天，非常慢。不繫統 3，樓上健身房游泳池，管理不專業，作為健身教練的我去健身房説我沒有穿健身標準服飾，不讓我使用器械

Initially booked this suites for the iconic infinity pool overlooking Petronas Twin Towers but was surprised to notice that there were two platinum suites tower. Nevertheless this one's infinity pool had amazing views over the city. Rooms were spacious, well-serviced. Amenities were great 💯 Cleaning service also provided for those staying ＞3nights. Overall excellent service ! Much love from a honeymoon couple 🇲🇺

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Kuala Lumpur. The place is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities in good condition. It’s located right in the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around. The only small downside is that the third bedroom doesn’t have air-conditioning, which can be a bit warm at times. Otherwise, everything was great and I would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

一般吧，比預想的要差很多，總體感覺性價比太低。前台服務也很慢，送行李等好久，人都入住了行李還沒到，退後還自己去拿的。頂樓夜景還不錯，無邊泳池就是人太多！！

Everything meet my expectations, just few things to feedback for improvement: 1) should allocate more temporary parking for guests to park for check in/out instead of the security keep warning move out the cars 2) The family room come with 2 bathroom however only 1 bathroom available for shower, should make shower available for both bathroom 3) The body shower shampoo mot fill up, cleaner should check and fill up before next guests 4) The lifts most of the time wet due to the guests using the lifts after swimming
