對於服務環境設施都在我預料之中，滿意衞生方面整個房間廁所都乾淨一塵不染，可是有一衹小蟑螂在廁所，廁所的水量不大水很小，希望業主注意一下水量問題謝謝

located beside a cafe, able to have a nice view of twin towers outside hotel. small room, room size is not 176 square meters. feedback to customer service but the hotel receptionist kept insisting that the room size is correct. what an unpleasant experience!

Staff : friendly and helpful Room : clean and comfortable Location : Surrounded by food and cafe. Able to see KLCC from hotel main entrance. Parking : Outdoor street parking or private outdoor parking. Parking fees not included from hotel booking Unfortunately there was a water disruption on the day we checked in. There was no water at all and even the water was coming back at late night but the water pressure is very very low. The hotel management and staffs offer us alternative bathroom for showers. They bring us to another property they have just 1 min walking distance from the hotel The water was working fine before we checked out. We are still manage to enjoy the lovely bathtub and shower in the hotel room.

Stay this hotel for my birthday gateway. The location is good because of much of cafe & restaurant with walking distance, but there are limited parking space. Overall is good & cozy place!

Great place to stay...special theme hotel in KL. Will come back to try another theme room. FOC for my birthday decoration too. Good service for all staffs before I'm booking enquiries or after service also very good. Only no parking , but luckily in front hotel 2 lots parking, I get it.
