從入住至退房一直無WiFi，主臥空調不冷，工作人員處理問題基本無效率。電梯出入也很不方便，必須要業主刷臉，如無朋友在此小區接應強烈不推薦！

1. Is this legal stay, answer is “No”. In suites front gate clearly notify as “No Airbnb or any short term rental….considered a trespasser will be prosecuted”. Refer the photos. 2. 9 steps to follow to enter to the suits via car park. Refer the photos. 3. Cleanliness: dust dust every where even aircon and fan as well. Bathroom: not sure when the walls are cleaned last time, it is sticky. Owner saying that cleaning utilities provided. Brooms condition also pathetic. 4. Requested to clean for this condition, day 1 cleaned, day 2 onwards owner saying that extra charges. 5. Location good, remaining not satisfied.
