我不小心遺漏了水瓶，去問工作人員。他的態度非常不好，一直叫我打電話也不告訴我幹嘛。最後還要我去問他等什麼。他才和我説，服務態度太差了

전체적으로 만족한곳이었습니다. 특히 수영장 뷰가 정말 좋았고, 위치도 마음에 들었습니다. 청결도 면에서 안좋은 후기가 종종 보여서 걱정했는데 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 몇가지 단점이 있다면, 제가 묵었던 객실의 소파가 오래된건지.. 소파 뼈대가 다 느껴질 정도로 푹 꺼져있었어요. 냄비도 다 찌그러진 냄비라 성능에는 이상 없지만 조금 신경이 쓰였네요.. 1층 데스크 직원은 체크인 할 때 계속 옆사람이랑 떠들어서 저한테 말하는건지 옆 직원에게 말하는건지 계속 헷갈리게 했고, 기본 안내가 전혀 없이 키만 달랑 건네고 끝. 청소를 요청하는데 데스크에 얘기했더니 객실 가서 콜 하라고.. 다시 올라가서 요청하니 전화를 한참만에 받더니 제대로 처리 안됨. 추후 재요청해서 겨우 서비스 받았어요. 콜하고 키카드를 태그하는 방식이었는데 체크인 시 안내 받았다면 서로 힘들지 않았을것 같은데 아쉬웠습니다.. 제일 큰 문제는 제가 이 숙소를 선택했던건 숙소에 테니스장이 있다는 정보때문이었습니다. 하지만 막상 가보니 없다고 하더군요... 딸아이가 테니스선수라 운동을 쉬지 않으려고 선택한거였는데.. 제대로 된 정보 제공이 필요할것 같습니다. 유모차도 대여 가능한것처럼 쓰여있길래 요청했으나 데스크에 얘기하니 사무실에 가서 말하라길래 직접 가서 말하니 없다고...^^ 위치, 청결도 등등 장점이 많지만 단점도 많은 느낌이었습니다.. 하지만 비용면에서 너무나 만족했고 좋았습니다.

こちらは新しい施設らしくかなり人気があります。お部屋にはキッチンがあり徒歩で行けるペトロナスツインタワーのスーパーマーケットで食材を購入し、楽しみました。また、朝食は付いていませんがまったく問題ありません。一階にコンビニ🏪がありますし、目の前はめちゃくちゃオシャレなカフェがあり、7:30amからbreakfastが楽しめます。屋上のプールはペトロナスツインタワーが見えますし最高ですね。友達からは五つ星だよ🤩と言われましたが、かなり広いお部屋をかなり安いお値段で泊まれました。ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、すぐにオーナーに連絡すると応じてくれました！ 穴場だと思います！

The room size was decent, with two queen beds. Cleanliness needs improvement — there were ants crawling in the kitchenette, and the towels looked yellowish. The bathroom floor was slippery and sticky, which was uncomfortable and dangerous. Only one point is poolside with klcc view

Chambre ayant besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Matelas durs, inconfortables!!!!! Si vous voulez bien dormir, passez votre chemin. Salle de bains sale et vétuste. Déçus. Bon emplacement, belle vue.
