第一次租用住宅式公寓，整體感覺大致良好，房間整齊企理乾淨舒適，設備齊全，空間感十足。位置近主要購物中心，附近有多間大型商場，能滿足各樣所需。街道亦十分熱鬧，單獨出入也不用太擔心。房東會以whatsapp 聯絡及溝通，回覆快及處理問題時很快回應及處理妥當。下次會再入住此住宅式公寓。

My first time to stay at Axon. The floor given is quite high. Within five minutes walk can reach pavilion Bukit Bintang. And TRX as well.  The amenities like swimming pool are share with the hotel beside (The Sleeping Lion).  The agent that handle the stay is fast respond and responsible.

管家服務態度非常好，遇見問題解決十分快。管家明辨是非，分清對錯。付錢收穫教育，一是教育我換位思考，二是消費者不可以犯錯，犯錯要被教育要買單。我一直以為可以二選一的，買單的不用聽教育，被教育可以不買單。實際上酒店位置非常好，走路去哪裡都方便，如果我沒有犯錯誤（卡落在包裡）或者沒有被教育，體驗感真的非常不錯。建議培訓下管家，對以後願意買單的客人，説話稍微客氣些，可能管家假期接待客人較多，回覆消息帶情緒，可以理解，就酒店而言願意給全五星，很有性價比

酒店公寓設備齊全，住27樓窗外景色一流，可以同時看到118大廈、吉隆坡塔、石油雙子塔，房間2房1廳，舒適乾淨。還有健身房和無敵風景天台泳池。最大問題是電梯等候時間長，上落不方便。酒店旁邊有一家小熊榴店，吃榴蓮推薦這家。

地段很好，下樓就有很多吃得，房間乾淨，管家小哥接待及時。 稍微可以改善的是可以添個床頭臥室燈就完美了，室內燈太亮了。

地理位置優越，是民宿的方式，有客廳、廚房和兩個臥室，拖鞋、浴巾、鍋子和碗筷都有，真的是拎包入住，十分便利。樓上有健身房和泳池，窗外就是pavilion和雙子星，即便是短住一段時間也是很好的。

Чистая квартира, белое белье, стиралка, плитка, посуда, горячая вода, пешком за минуты до павильона и ночной улицы, очень красивый бассейн и прекрасный сад, вид на телебашню, менеджер всегда на связи, спасибо, все понравилось!

We very enjoy the stay at Axon. The room is clean and comfortable. And is near pavilion. Our host Mr. Rakib is a very nice and friendly person. The only downside is the bad traffic to get to the residence car park if you are driving. But we will still choose to stay there next time.

雖然樓下圍著一圈都是老破小，但是附近吃的很多，熱水器有個開關在廁所門邊，一定記得開了才有熱水。酒店大門對面的711居然沒有飲用水賣，而且東西比樓下隔壁的小超市貴，大門對面的當地小超市也能用付款寶，水還便宜。酒店附近這家榴蓮果子最多，雖然也不便宜但是明碼標價。江河茶室就在酒店樓下，雖然是路邊攤，吃個早餐很合適，味道也不錯。阿喜肉骨茶，海鮮大排檔，都在酒店附近，阿羅街不建議去吃，全是旅遊大巴拉過去的人。住了幾天其他地方的酒店，還是建議吉隆坡住在這個附近。

在klcc和武吉路之間糾結了一陣，後來還是考慮到武吉附近生活配套可能更成熟選擇的這裡；凌晨兩點到的，到了後很快就有一個是一位巴基斯坦小哥哥來接待，告訴你怎麼上電梯 開門 交按金和加一個管家微信，有啥子事都可以和管家聯繫等，人很有禮貌；然後就是自己上去，刷卡 入住全程不再和人有接觸；房間門也是自動上鎖安全有保障；房間配置也不錯，有洗漱用品，乾淨；晚上的夜景不錯；後來才發現拍的是trx大樓，最新的大樓，走路3-5分鐘就到了；去柏威廉也是3-5分鐘；去klcc走路10分鐘也可以到；真的太方便啦；退房也是拍照發給管家就行，管家回覆也是超級快。去機場在大堂等，就有來拉客的被保安邀走了，安保還是不錯。非常不錯👍👍
