WORST AIRBNB EVER. Never come here. Don't trust the feedback. Everything was hilarious here!!!!!!!!!!! 1. So much DUST on the fan. I think they do not clean this fan at all ???? Refer picture 2. It has been 24hr after checkout, but none of the staff respond to my inquiry about MY DEPOSIT 3. Checked in at 4pm. No towels at all. I contacted the staff at 6.10pm and went down for swimming. With WET CLOTHES. I asked them earlier to put towels infront of the house door. We went up at 7.06pm no towel. And at 7.25PM THEY SEND THE TOWELS ?????????????? What is this behavior we dont have towel since checked in until 7.25PM 4. Ya, all customer complaint 2nd room no aircond only fan. Please la inform early if there is no AC. Everyone think everyroom have AC LAST BUT NOT LEAST, DONT USE THEIR SERVICES TQ

At first, the host asked me to leave a good review in exchange for waiving a penalty charge. I agreed and gave the review, but after that they ignored my messages and kept holding my deposit. This made me feel cheated and very disappointed. It is not acceptable for a host to use deposits and reviews in this way. Guests deserve honesty and fair treatment, not false promises.

地方非常清潔新淨 ，唯配套需要改善 ，洗手間處沒有任何掛衣服毛巾地方， 水煲熨斗沒有足夠的插頭， 冷氣機不能調較風速 ，電風扇很好用， 窗外環境很開揚， 樓下缺少 餐廳。

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was so comfy and well-equipped, and I really enjoyed the gym and pool. The in-room pantry was a brilliant touch and super handy throughout my stay. On top of that, having a restaurant and 24-hour mart just minutes away made everything incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.

這是第二次入住這裡的民宿 但是不同樓層不同間 這次這一間有點髒 一進房子一股煙味 很不舒服 浴室外建議放一個腳踏墊會比較好 不然洗完澡腳濕濕的就要進房間 很不方便 牙膏牙刷都要自己準備 外面的風景也很美

第一次住大馬酒店。感覺溝通起來比較累，總體住店體驗不如越南酒店業。還不知道按金什麼時候能退？見意訂房網站要把關酒店的質量。國人都是對訂房網站信任

The homestay offers many facilities and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking is provided, and the location is strategic, close to restaurants and convenience stores. It’s easy to find food nearby. The service is excellent and the environment is peaceful. Highly recommended for a relaxing and convenient stay.

私と子供３人で2週間宿泊しました。部屋は蟻がいますがキッチン、洗濯機もあり、シャワーもちゃんとお湯がでて快適に過ごしました。 プールとジムはとても綺麗で毎日いってました。 下にマートやカフェ、レストランもあるので生活には困りません。 また家族で來たら利用したいです！

I booked a room here for one night for my friend. He was visiting for the first time. The condo is beautiful, looks good, the room is clean, and has very good privacy. But the internet and Wi-Fi signal issues should be improved because I can't use the internet at all and can't connect.
