看演唱會才入住的，旁邊就是pavilion mall，吃的用的都有，很方便。入住當天預訂很貴，近2k一晚，但和國內的凱悅比較，差的有點多。電視投屏不太好用，電視較小。最搞笑的是一次性洗漱用品的牙刷，不明白凱悅為什麼選的牙刷還不如快捷連鎖酒店的。掉毛，質量差，這個真的要改進。空中泳池不錯，但沒什麼風景😂 衞生整體比較好，但床單上粘了很多黑色的灰，不知道為什麼。當天預訂整體性價比不高，建議提早預訂，可以提升性價比

Stayed 3 nights at Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil in October for the David Tao concert — and honestly, such a good choice! Arrived before noon and the lovely receptionist Thania helped me check in early (thank you!). Room was clean and cozy, and housekeeper Mazid kept everything spotless — really appreciate the attention to detail. Super convenient location too — Pavilion Bukit Jalil is nearby for food and shopping, and there’s even a Starbucks Reserve right in the lobby ☕ so I could grab my coffee fix before heading out. Only tiny thing to improve — the toothbrush was a bit too hard 😅 but other than that, everything was great. Would totally stay here again for the next concert or weekend getaway in Bukit Jalil! 💫

マレーシア旅行3泊のうちの1泊にこのホテルを選びました。このお値段でこのクオリティ、大変満足です！スタッフの方々もみな親切でした。他2泊は同価格帯のアパートメントホテル@ブキビンタンに宿泊しましたが、満足度はだんぜんこちらのホテルのほうが高いです！予算の関係で中心地の高品質ホテルが難しい方など、オススメです！ ◾️チェックイン早朝到著便だったためアーリーチェックインを希望しましたが、空部屋がなかったようで葉わず。荷物は預けることができました。 ◾️立地 KLCCなどの中心地からは離れますが、プトラジャにも行きやすく、全てGrabでのタクシー移動だったので不便ではなかったです。また、歩ける距離にショッピングモールもあり、食事にも困らなかったです。 ◾️部屋天井が高くとても開放感がある部屋でした。複數のスーツケースを広げても十分にゆとりがあります。水回りも清潔感があり気持ちよく使うことができました。ハンドタオル・フェイスタオル・バスタオルは人數分揃えられており、備え付けのシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープも品質に問題ありません。その他のアメニティも十分に用意されていました。シャワーの水圧が少し弱いですが、気になる程ではありません。 ◾️朝食メニューも豊富で、何を食べてもとても美味しかったです。寫真はありませんが、點心や中華粥などもありました。部屋にコーヒーを持ち帰りたい旨伝えたところ、わざわざ紙カップを用意してくださったりと、申し分ない対応をしていただきました。 ◾️プールインフィニティプールが楽しめます！営業時間は夜19時までと少し早く、日沒が遅いので夜景を楽しむことはできませんでした。會場には専用のバスタオルも用意され、さすがのサービスです。

Love this hotel so much. Worth its price. Next to Pavi Bukit Jalil & lots of nice eateries & cafe. Room was spacious & bed was super comfortable. During checj in, was inform by receptionist that hotel will have schedule blackout tomorrow, hence they will give complimentary breakfast throughout my stay. However, the menu is the same for the 3days, so hotel may want to improve on this.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities met our expectations. The only drawback was the parking, which could be improved in terms of convenience and availability. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we would gladly stay again

酒店房間頗大，新淨，水壓足夠。早餐款式也多，每天款式也略有不同。如果是自駕遊，酒店地點可以接受，但如果你沒駕車住這去市中心玩幾天便不太方便。酒店對面有商場，有超市、便利店、一些食店，行六七分鐘有大型商場。免費停車場要泊車在對面商場，停車場取票跟前台再換泊車卷。

조식이 훌륭합니다. 객실도 매우 넓고 쾌적합니다. 수영장도 적당하고 운동시설도 준수합니다. 루프탑의 레스토랑에서 파는 피자도 아주 맛있습니다. Bukit Jalil에서 묶을 수 있는 호텔가운데 상위권인 호텔로 추천합니다.

Quite satisfying experience, the hotel can be contacted for special arrangements by email and will reply in within a day, but the whatsapp contact is not as responsive as other hyatt hotel that i’ve stayed before. The room is spacious and it’s clean, the amenities is beyond what we need and they also offer for special needs amenities! They say the location of bukit jalil is far from tourist spot, but they have quite great location - just across the Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is so big, almost or bigger than the one in Bukit Bintang, there are so many tenants and activities theres, and what’s best if you want to travel like local: by trains, you can go to the Pavilion to get free shuttle to train station, and there you go!
