Bilik okay, tapi receptionist teruk. Deposit tak bagi awal. Kata pukul 9 pagi, tapi pukul 9 pagi tak sampai. Nak transfer tak boleh. Nak cash. Booked online tak bagitahu ada depo. Sekali sampai kene bayar depo. Apa ke patut security yang kerja dekat receptionist

I love how smooth the check in process even tho I checked in early in the morning. The host also a very fast replier bcs they even replied me on 6 am. The studio room i booked was so cozy and the toilet was spotless! I would suggest the host to add on one more mirror outside the bathroom. Overall i would recommend!!!

The facilities here are excellent, and staying in Kuala Lumpur has been a very convenient and enjoyable experience. Everything is well-maintained and accessible, making it easy for guests to feel comfortable and at home. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive; they go out of their way to assist guests with any questions or concerns we may have. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

The place is excellent, view is amazing, swim pool, gym and nearby food centres and malls, Train Station too. Stayed at Level 25 in a Suite with Kitchen. For 2 nights. Was happy. Too many Roaches and other BUGS Infestation. * Cleaning/Housekeeping and Pest Control has to be done regularly. I swepted off too many dead or killed roaches. Too many pests eggs built up behind Bed Fest Slabs. Housekeepers need to check and clean, clear peat infestation by hiring peat control henve meanwhile maintain Hygiene prominently. I wish i was there longer however the BUGS/PESTS Freaked me off. I hope to visit jalan Nipah - Nue Suites again but this time i hope the rooms are in improved and sanitized condition. Employees were polite and helpful.

Bilik : 1. agak berdebu hingga pinggan kena lap supaya hilang debu ( mungkin lama org x masuk) Deposit : depo sampai 200 dan parking kena cas rm5/ray. Checkout process makan masa sehingga 45 min

1.屋子有蟑螂，不衹一衹，爬到床上了，2辦理入住前台不管，讓給網站登記處預留電話溝通，打了兩次，一次可以中午溝通，另一次，衹會馬來語，3辦理離店也很費勁，因為預留了按金，等了很久，換了好幾個人，導致我坐火車晚點沒坐上，造成損失
