酒店地址尚算近景點，就近食肆和便利店要行一段距離而且路面難行晚上好暗。揀選了有景觀房，早晚景觀各有特色！房內空間足夠，洗衣機晾衫架等設備齊全；廚房工具備齊，但洗碗碟機禁止使用！洗手間有異味，坐廁、洗手盆、鋅盤、餐桌、地板等…潔淨度偏低（非使用後損耗）冷氣機有四部，有兩部製冷及出風有問題。因為酒店政策每七天打掃一次，所以入住期間沒有提供清潔服務，垃圾須自行清理至垃圾房。酒店並沒有主動提供垃圾袋，需到櫃檯詢問垃圾處理方式，並索取垃圾膠袋，職員回覆垃圾袋要向代理人索取（即確認訂單後WhatsApp 聯絡該訂單職員）。不靈活變通的政策令客人感到繁瑣！

房間清潔度不錯，停車方便自有車位，地理位置好，靠近國家清真寺，茨廠街，118大廈，隔音效果略差，馬來西亞一路住過來公寓，唯一沒有直飲水機的一家，建議還是備一個，熱帶地區有一個直接放冷水的還是很不錯的

廁所沒有抽氣系統，洗完澡後非常侷促風筒是爛了，但還可以用，設施較殘舊其中一間房間和廳的冷氣壞了，到了最後一晚才順利地開到天光，入住3晚，2晚沒冷氣，期間職員都有幫助我，可惜都有2晚沒冷氣，設施真的很差，沒有遇過這種事，但職員嘅熱心幫助，這點可以給一點分

酒店地點很好，下樓左行過天橋就是唐人街，樓下輕軌兩站地或打車10分鐘到火車站。房間陽台風景絕佳，118大廈，吉隆坡塔及雙峰塔全都能看到。 8樓兩側各有一個無邊泳池，風景絕佳，16樓健身房也很好。房間設施完善，衞生挺好。連一向挑剔的老爸也對這個酒店讚許有加，覺得性價比很高。

Am surprised with the host initiative by messaging first regarding about the residence details, instead of me whom booked would message them first. The host - Kitson is very friendly and easy going to talk to though message or face to face. Gotten a high level floor, facing to the Merdeka stadium and tower. The room is big and huge, very comfy that you don’t feel like going out but just stay in the unit itself. The kitchen is fully equipped that everyone needs to use. The toilet is huge and have biget which is important to some, as some places doesn’t have it even it’s in Malaysia. Everything inside looks brand new. The location of the place is very near to BTS, 5 mins car ride away, even if by taking grab is not that expensive and fast to get a ride too. If doesn’t want to get grab , can take the train which is 5 mins walk to Maharajelela station and 2 station away to Imbi station (BTS) Downstairs there’s a convenience store nearby too along the main road , at night there’s a Ramly burger if you’re having a craving for Ramley Burger. Else you can order grabfood or other companies that does delivery. Overall am very satisfied of this place. ✅👍🏻

The apartment was big enough for a group of 6. Toilets and rooms were relatively clean, and a small kitchenette and fridge were provided, which was very convenient. Location wise, it is a short walk to the KL monorail and close to the city centre. The gym in the building was pretty small but sufficient for weights and a treadmill. The infinity pool view is amazing. The service provided by the host was very hospitable and friendly. He answered all my queries promptly, definitely worth booking for a large group visiting KL!

The apartment is perfect for family group stay, location is convenient which can access to kuala Lumpur city area within 10 mins by driving or mrt/lrt service. The room come with stunning scenery of merdeka 118, twins tower and KL tower. Definitely recommend to traveller

設施：衞生間：連續預訂了6晚，期間因為房東把搞衞生的地拖掃把垃圾鏟都放浴室置物架上而不是放在小陽台那，導致沒地方放置洗澡後要替換的衣服；衞生間的洗臉盆流水速度超慢！廚房：刀具和煮食用具都特別臟，電磁爐表面鋪滿灰塵，入住第一天就發現有活生生的螞蟻在爬，總結廚房的衞生很堪憂；客廳及房間：窗簾有汙漬，沙發都有些黑黑的汙漬，床鋪有些看起來暗黑的，要用上一次性床鋪用品才能入睡；總結：可能入住後，我們作為住客，會提出住客正常會提出的需求，比如：掃把垃圾鏟和地拖反著放在客人用的浴室置物架上，很不美觀讓房東處理；有一半房間衣櫃和廚房櫃都鎖上不能用，房東説是因為放了他們的工具，導致衣櫃無法給住客正常使用；插頭、垃圾袋不夠用需要房東提供；以及廚房桌面看到有活生生的螞蟻在爬著等等。或許房東認為住客每天提要求，質問住客如此提需求説是不是想退房、你們不明白什麼叫民宿等等，直接就説把錢退給住客，毫無商量的餘地！！但也請房東看清楚，訂房網站的頁面顯示的名字是公寓，不是民宿！！作為訂房網站方，訂房網站方面還算配合，一直安撫住客的不滿意的住宿體驗感，先是快速退款，後面在房東執意要全收清潔費的前提下，訂房網站還退還了住客全額的清潔費，有訂房網站方的協調，住客才不至於跟房東撕破臉！！作為住客的我們愛乾淨，也很清楚這些自助式公寓每天一清垃圾，房東提供的浴巾我們幾個也沒用過，甚至連煮食用具、刀具都這麼髒，更加不會有要用的行動。。至於房東是否真的會為了這些小事無懼被差評還強行要住客退房，不得而知。也查了房價，後面幾天還高出幾百/天，箇中原因不得而知了。
