瑪娜瑪娜米勒廣場套房酒店 (Millerz Square Suite by Mana-Mana)

第二次過來住了 這次房間裡的衞生很一般地板上很多頭髮 還在房間裡發現了蟑螂 房間的門鎖也不好使了希望可以改善一下

I got to say I’m really not satisfied with the stay.  First, I was told I ordered the wrong rooms when I’m very confirm I chose the room carefully which I don’t want the family studio as last time we were staying there and it’s not a pleasant stay. So, I’m make sure I’m not select the family room when I book the room. Anyway it’s get me to the same family room which I don’t know whose mistake?  Secondly, I have ask the concierge counter that I don’t want the uneven bed which I had last time. He said you can change room if it is. So I went to the room he has given but boom.. the room is not ready yet. And I have an upset stomach which need to go to toilet asap. Nvm I can just wait a little bit then I saw the bed is uneven so I just call the number given to make changes to the room straight away. This is very hassle as I’m taking two luggage’s and few bottles of water bought with me which I’m alone at that time. I need to go down to the concierge counter again to obtain the other rooms key.  Third, when I reach my new room I find the bed is also uneven. I’m so pissed off of the stay. After one night stay I got my back pain again. Hence, I requested to chance the room. My spouse said it’s hassle to change room again as we have luggage’s and some other heady stuff so we just let it go.  Seems like this property is not my favorite anymore. I will pass to other hotel or short stay in the future.

The room that I stay in is smelly, and the toilet bowl is dirty, and the water pressure is low. Requested for early checkout refund but get informed to cancel the request from apps first, and they will do a refund for me. Now, they asked me to request a refund from the apps again?

What a bad experience. The staff forget to pass back ic when during check in and don’t even bother to give a call to inform wait until I found out and ask where is ic… the cleanliness is even worst, a lot ants were found in bed and pillow, dusty floor. And the wifi is not working as well. Definitely wont book this again with mana-mana.

Room bedsheets is dirty, got beg bug, we got bitten and allergy, toilet with spider web, customer service is worse, we report the bedbug problem and show the infection area, they send one person to come up and the respond answer is " you need any help just call customer service", what the hell, we call customer service to just tell us to call customer service

Wonderful stay at Mana- mana！ The place is comfortable and very clean. The location very convenient,is making easy to explore the area. Perfect for those looking for relaxing short 訂房網站,highly recommend!

This room can accommodate three people, but the double bed is a bit sunken. Overall, it’s still acceptable.

設施：還行 衞生：還行 環境：還行 服務：還行 健身房值得點贊，酒店位置也很好，對面就是美食城，樓下有超市和購物廣場。服務各方面都比較滿意。

Достаточно просторный номер - три комнаты - спальня, гостиная с кухней, а также есть небольшой рабочий кабинет - гардеробная. Три кондиционера. Стиральная и сушильная машина отдельно. Стойка консьержа на главном входе, заселение и выселение без проблем, залог не требуется. Сам комплекс очень стильный, уютный, на территории есть все необходимое - бассейн, супермаркет, фудкорт и т.п. Есть бесплатный шаттл в торговый центр Midvalley. Очередей в лифте не заметили. В лаундж зоне перед лифтами есть вай-фай. Доставка еды и подъезд на такси к ЖК без проблем. Из минусов - неудобная кровать и подушки. Стол на кухне шатается. Телевизор очень плохого качества, очень темный экран. Далеко до центра города. Вид из окна не очень красивый.
