提前聯繫入住，一開始電話聯繫不上，和訂房網站溝通後加了微信，順利入住。服務不錯，房間也很出乎意料，兩房兩衞是兩個套房，每個套房獨立的廁所廚房，陽台是可以晾衣服的。還有35樓無邊泳池，住的很盡興。唯一就是浴巾最好自己準備，感覺有點味道。還好自帶了一次性浴巾。

房間真的和公寓一樣一應俱全，空間很大，居住非常舒心。健身房和無邊泳池可以説非常完美，打卡必去的地方，同時比靠近雙子塔的那些酒店便宜非常非常多，性價比非常高。

These guys are scammers! We booked a One Bedroom apartment with an area of 52 square meters, but got a tiny studio, which has only a bed, something like a kitchen right next to the door and a bathroom that you have to squeeze into. No one even warned us about such a change when we checked in. After I asked for an explanation, they said that there were problems with the electricity in the one bedroom apartment and that we could move into it tomorrow. Naturally, they did not even think about compensating the difference in cost. It is good that 訂房網站.com representatives helped in this situation from their side. But even with them, the apartment owners did not contact. In terms of cleanliness, everything was ok. But in terms of comfort, it was terrible! There was shower gel and shampoo, but purely nominally — 10 ml microbottles. And now for the icing on the cake — there wasn’t a single glass or cup in the apartment. And when we asked for some, they brought different cups, and one had someone’s name written on it with a marker! The worst service I’ve ever encountered! I don’t recommend anyone book an apartment through Home Horizon! These scammers simply won’t give a damn about you!

We were not provided with any check-in instructions prior to our arrival—no QR code or detailed guidance. We only managed to get the necessary information after contacting the person in charge when we reached the security guard. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and stayed for two nights but were only given one small bottle each of shower gel and shampoo for each room. We requested additional toiletries, but unfortunately received no response. The towels provided were not very clean and had visible stains. Overall, the experience was not up to expectations and could have been improved with better communication and cleanliness.

Overall it's has been a satisfying experience staying here. Location was good. Easy travelling to places like Petaling street, KLCC, Pavilion BB using mrt/LRt /monorail. The only drawback was we suspected the bedsheets were not changed. They need to be cleaned when the next guests checked in. Pls take note.

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for my parents and myself. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and clean. Beautiful view from my window at night. The apartment had everything I needed and was in good working order, a home away from home. The pools are amazing, and there are lots of common areas to explore and relax, spacious and comfortable. The security and staff are very helpful and accommodating. I had a health incident in the middle of the night, and security was there within minutes to assist my family. Centrally situated to go around with grab easily. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.
