房間就和圖片一樣，放心交按金，我們早上提前走的，房管就提前來等著的，非常有誠信。看房間有的可以看到第二高那棟樓

果然低分是有原因的!!!別來！別來！別來！想辦理入住根本聯繫不上！郵件/whatsapp都各種聯繫，都沒任何迴應，非常耽誤行程，房費打水漂！不推薦！非常不推薦！強烈不推薦！第一次給差評給這家了！

DO NOT DO IT! I travel worldwide. Stayed at 100s and 100s of hotels... I love it... But this place and host... Don't.... First off the pics they use are of the area... but you don't use that area, they staff their was super rude and wouldn't even let us take pics inside! The bell hop even tried to start a fight with my friend and threatening him!!! The place was dirty! It wasn't even the same pics of the place I reserved! Then when I asked for a refund, the host told me it was acceptable. Then after arguing with me for 10 minutes he finally said he had another place. I agreed to look it at. But to meet this guy. You Got to exit the room, down the elevator, through the B1 parking area... Through a back entrance... To the front right of the lobby where I even met his key collection guy who also by the way wanted a 200 ringit deposit., which ok but mentioned nowhere, then when I get there the host isn't even there... I messaged him where are you at... And he says sorry sir we are fully booked.... absolutely ridiculous, Then they have now denied my refund request and it looks as though I'm gonna have to fight for that back too now wasting even more of my vacation. Scam don't do it. Platinum 2 the face is where I'm at now and it's super nice and what we all deserve. This place, staff, and service is all a scam and should be avoided. Trip should remove them completely and it's a shame they even have them listed as a place to stay for us customers!

Please make sure before check in ,we booking is 2 bed room ,arrival is 1 bedroom after complaint also no any reply and take action omg ，but 訂房網站 have refund for coin for case

這個房間熱水器沒有熱水，打電話也不來看，要求高的不要住，

The worst hotel I ever stay in kl !! Wait at the lobby for almost a hour till they pass us the room keys ! Book a room with washing machines n stuff and they give us a diff room then ask for a change room still need to wait . Msg the person say will change end up see msg no reply n ended up dun even bother to reply at all .! Then when I say I wanna report / complain then they say sorry can’t change room as there are no rooms available. But can ask the stuff to bring one washing machine for us but then end up same thing again !!! No reply n ever even bring for us . Do not recommend if anyone wanna stay at this place . Room is very dirty n messy !! Bad service ..

I’m booking the Room at Arte Mont Kiara , but there booking the wrong place at Arte Cheras 🙁 Whenever I arrived at the Arte Mont Kiara there suddenly ask me move to Arte cheras , there said the room suddenly got problem , why don’t inform me earlier? that we can prepare … very bad experience 😩 the room is quite dirty , tv also can’t use
