The room was much better than expected, the only negative it the shower cabin. I am an average built male but even I felt that the cabin is very narrow and since that was half open, the bathroom was always flooded after taking shower. The lobby/breakfast area could be renovated too, because thise sites felt dated and plenty of wear and tear was visible.

Very lovely location in the heart of Krakow. Clean hotel and pleasant stay. Smaller TV included and some basic amenities. Pictures included show the view from the room and then some sites and eats within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Average 3 star hotel. Lack of amenities is not unexpected for this price point. The room is not dirty per se but the Color and brightness of the room doesn’t give much comfort on the cleanliness even though it is not exactly dirty. Location and price point is great.

Campanile hotels are one of my go-to brands. Kraków’s Campanile is located on the edge of the old town which made walking around much easier. Just outside you can catch the buses/trams. To get to Krakow, we arrived by train - the main station is just beside the old town and it took us 10 minutes to walk across to the hotel. As we arrived early hours, they let us stay in the reception area while they rushed our room’s availability.
