Very convenient location, on the edge of the old city and right next to the central railway station and bus terminal.
Service was good and responsive.
Room was clean, spacious enough, and maintained to a good standard.
Nice seasonal decorations in the entrance and reasonable dining / drink options within the hotel. Equally, there are plenty of eating / drinking choices in the vicinity of the hotel, including the mall across the street.
Very close with the railway station, and bus stop.the room is smaller than expectated The breadfast is very good and the staff is nice.

It’s next to a mall and main train station which is all interconnected to the PKP train station. We came in early from Lljubjana so requested for an early checkin and luckily one room was available so we paid for it to checkin and rest. Upon checkout, they charge by the hour which works out too if you have late train departures.

Mercure Hotel in Krakow Old Town is one of the best hotels I stayed in.
The hotel located 2 minutes walk from the Main Railway Station in the modern beautiful building.
Great and helpful stuff will always help you, just in case.
There was nice and spacious room with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
And of course, super tasty breakfast :)
Definitely, I will stay there again.
Strongly recommend Mercure Hotel to anyone who likes comfortable places to stay in.
