Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere . The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things. Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄 Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time. Beautifully decorated room , bathroom floor heating (so nice) but no reception and no luggage storage available Nice one night stay Hard to find cause no signs on the building but right in front of the train station, tiny sign on intercom, will buzz you in

There is nobody at the reception desk so if you have a problem, you're on your own. Moreover, the guest relations people aren't cooperative. I wanted to change my booking to another date and they refused and didn't care. Even though it was two and a half months in advance and I wanted to book more nights (which means more money for the hotel) they simply refused and didn't care that I cannot use my reservation and will lose my money for nothing. Too lazy to do a few clicks on their computer. This is not the standard of customer service in Krakow! I do not recommend this hotel, especially since there's Andel's just next to it, and it's cheaper and with wonderful and helpful service.
