藍色藝術水療酒店 (Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa)

Lovely staff, clean rooms. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but that's a personal preference. Spa available, but we didn't have time to use the facility. Overall position of the hotel is beautiful. Slightly out the way of town but near the river which provides a lovely walk into the town. Near wawel castle.

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

You are making a great choice by staying at this hotel in Krakow. Close to the Main Market Square and beautifully situated by the Vistula River, the location is quiet and peaceful. The exceptionally friendly and cheerful staff are always on hand to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The breakfast is hearty and varied. The only disappointment is the spa, which consists solely of a sauna and a hammam—there is no swimming pool, plunge pool, or even a Jacuzzi. However, there is so much to discover outside the hotel, and the available bicycles allow you to explore the area easily. Enjoy your stay.
