房間太老舊，暗，手機提示Wifi有安全隱患，不敢用，痛苦！房間還算寬敞，設施太太陳舊了！位置好，但完全不匹配五星級，早餐還好，強烈不推薦，比對面薩斯基差太遠了！後悔住這個酒店！不要踩坑！是我在波蘭住過這麼酒店中最差的！極端不好的體驗！

Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty. Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm. But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point. Hope can be improved next time :)

Friendly staff and great location! I had a problem with the the door lock. It wouldn’t open with the key card. The front desk staff found some one to help me open it quickly.

Ett femstjärnigt hotell med en medioker frukostbuffé, sämre än de flesta trestjärniga, är inte så bra, inte ens kaffemaskinen fungerade som den skulle. Personalens engelska (ett femstjärnigt hotell!) minst sagt bristfällig. Men hotellets historik uppväger mycket, det var därför vi valde Grand Hotel.

This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again.

L’hotel si trova nell’area pedonale a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale, ma lo standard dei servizi non è a 5 stelle, il bagno in camera era piccolissimo e la colazione male organizzata con una macchina per le bevande calde che richiede manutenzione continua, il cibo vario ma non viene reintegrato rapidamente.
