クラクフ駅から徒歩3分で場所も分かりやすかったです。深夜にクラクフに到著しましたが、チェックインできて助かりました。部屋はとても暖かく、薄手の服1枚で過ごせました。ベッドはフカフカでした。バスルームは、床から少し水漏れがあり気になりました。バスアメニティはシャンプーがありました。ドライヤーもあります。歯ブラシ・部屋著はありません。朝食は隣のカフェで頂きましたが、美味しかったです。1食29ズロチでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、ゆっくりな英語や翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションを取って下さいました。贅沢を求めなければ十分だと思います。

Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again.

Easy to find, nice location as it's seconds away from galaria krakowska (3 tier shopping center). The woman who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. We had 2 keys 1 key for the main front door and 1 key for the room which was a secured lock. The room wasn't too big but it was good enough for us to stay in pillows and bed was good also. The only thing I can think of was the double bed came with 2 single duvets however despite of this I would still book again
