非常完美的入住體驗，房間乾淨寬敞，前台服務人員態度很好，完全按照我在訂房網站訂時的要求給我分配房間，還免費升級了。每次我回來都會打招呼。酒店可以點東西，菜式非常美味。客房送餐的出品質量也很高。

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

整體挺不錯的。位置很好，設計很現代，小套房面積大，休息區佈置好，送了歡迎甜品，水壓很舒服，餐廳和酒吧營業到很晚，24小時客房送餐。送東西也很快。早飯種類和味道都還可以。能挑出來的缺點：除了標準枕頭之外，其他類型枕頭種類有限而且不太舒服；免費的水衹有大玻璃瓶750ml的，不太好攜帶出門；燈光控制不智能，總控衹能關大燈，一些等必須手動去關；衞生稍有瑕疵。

房間面積還不錯，帶浴缸，窗戶景色很贊，看出去就是城堡。萬豪酒店品牌，管理不錯。步行可到老城區，不遠，5分鐘吧。門口150米有電車站

很不錯的的酒店

Extremely disappointing stay and very poor value for money. The heritage room was small and the terrace was connected to other rooms, without any sort of a wall to ensure at least a bit of privacy. The double bed was not a proper double bed but rather two twin beds pushed together, leaving a large gap between them. As a result, one could only sleep comfortably by staying on their respective side of the bed. The washbasin in the bathroom wouldn’t drain properly, so water would remain there for up to an hour after use. There was very little space around the washbasin, meaning we were unable to unpack our toiletries and had to keep them in our bags instead. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was a very limited selection of food, barely any savoury options in the buffet, and the few dishes that were available from the à la carte menu were of poor quality and came in small portion size. There was also a lack of fresh fruit - for example, no berries were available, despite it being the perfect season for them in Poland. The coffee was dreadful. It was prepared in front of us using a cheap coffee machine that I would expect to find in a three-star hotel in a third-world country, not in a five-star hotel in a major EU city charging 1,200zł per night. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. On that note, while I appreciate that parking in this area is expensive, I would expect at least some form of discount for hotel guests rather than having to pay 160 zł to park in the hotel building - the same price paid by people who are not staying at the hotel. There was also no turndown service. When we left the hotel at 6:30p.m. and returned later that evening, the room had not been tidied despite our request. I would have been satisfied with this hotel had it been marketed as a three-star property and cost a quarter of what it did. I have stayed at multiple Autograph Collection hotels around the world and I have never been so disappointed - I expected way higher standard. I would definitely not recommend staying here. In fact, I would strongly advise against it.

Really nice spa, location is good - between the center and the Jewish quarter (better restraints there). Staff was polite, but nothing extra. Breakfast is big and great options to choose.
