喀比野蘭花別墅 (Wild Orchid Villa Krabi)

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We ordered food from the restaurant, and unfortunately, there was a bug inside one of the meals. I went downstairs immediately to inform the staff. Although we had ordered two of the same dishes, they only refunded the one with the bug, which felt inadequate given the situation. What made things worse was the lack of hospitality and accountability. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff handled it poorly and did not offer any gesture to make up for the experience. Additionally, we were kept waited for a broken glass in the room, even though it was already broken when we first entered. This was frustrating and unfair. The view was nice but kinda far from the center in general, close to the pier. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend staying here based on how these issues were handled.
