納迪瓦那服務公寓酒店 (Nadivana Serviced Apartments)

家庭房有一張上下鋪和兩張單人床，很好地滿足了我們對床的需求。游泳池也很好，孩子喜歡。但是，我們的房間設施太陳舊了，衞生情況不佳。房間有螞蟻和蚊子。特別是蚊子，對於我和孩子來説，我們都非常討厭蚊子。一個晚上全身被叮咬十多個包。希望店家做好驅蚊和衞生工作。

I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman Simon welcomed my family, then told me that he was not aware that I booked for two toddlers on my booking, this was specified on the number if guests listed on the booking app. The advertisement at the serviced apartment was misleading, he has a two bedroom apartments listed with two double beds and two king sized beds. When I approached Simon regarding the advertisement, stating that there was four beds advertised, he told me I can take it or leave it. It's not his mistake but Trips mistake. I told him I was not happy so he said if you are not happy you can leave. I asked him how he could remedy the situation he said cancel the booking. His customer service was unsatisfactory and he did not make me feel comfortable. I intended to stay there longer but stayed only one day, I then booked another hotel the next day I booked at this hotel due to this being a two bedroom apartment which could accommodate my family of four with the twins which are toddlers. When I looked at the apartment on arrival, there was only two single beds and one king size bed. This was not what was advertised on the app. Also the air-conditioning is old and did not function well, it made noise and you could not sleep. It had to be tuned off due to the noise. The pillows were terrible and bad quality flat and uncomfortable, and the bedding was not of hotel quality. The room had cockroaches, they obviously fumigated before hand and did not remove them. I found them under the 🛏️ bed. The living room area had a corner lounge suite which was very dirty. The covers have never been washed. The rooms were a good size. The one room next to the living room did not have proper curtains, for privacy it had lace curtains which was not suitable when dressing. The sliding doors couldn't 🔐 lock in the front area facing the pool, which was a hazard for the children. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. I did not enjoy my stay at this established.

Саймон, хозяин этого отель доброжелательный, всем советую сюда заселяться, если приезжаете на Краби. Бесплатный тук-тук до пляжа и с пляжа ходит по расписанию

จองห้อง1200 รู้สึกว่าแพงในรอบหลายๆที่ หมอนน่าจะโยนทิ้งได้แล้ว สั่งในแอ๊ปไม่แพง
