Отель цена-качество. Был почти самым недорогим для семьи из 4-х человек. До пляжей идти минут 15. Сделали апгрейд номера бесплатно, бронировала с вентилятором, заселили в номер с кондиционером, за это спасибо. Отличный бассейн. Завтраки не брали, цена 180 батт на взрослого и 100 на ребенка. Бронировала на 3 ночи, но когда приехали, поняли, что так долго делать там нечего. Купаться можно только в 1-в половине дня. Начиная с 2-х часов начинается отлив и моря просто нет. И видимо нам не повезло, было огромное количество медуз, дочь просто боялась заходить в воду. Из-за этого съехали на 1 ночь раньше. Просили отель вернуть часть средств, но они навстречу не пошли. Немного обидно было потерять деньги, стоимость всё-таки немаленькая, но время дороже. Из-за этого впечатление об отеле подпортилось. Ну и странная картина на стене для семейного номера…

Not worth the cost. The bathroom had a huge family of black worms on the floor, the pressure of the shower was awful, wifi was almost never working, the fan was dirty, during the night there was a very loud noise near my room that woke me up every time, they were burning something inside the hotel and therefore there was smoke and smell every time I walked up or down to my room, I could hear when people in the bungalow next to me where in the bathroom and in general terms the room was not in good conditions (paint, mattresses etc..) don’t recommend it at all.

The location was good, but the rooms are not nice to be there in holidays because they look very old and in the bathroom is everything together so that’s means when you have a shower all around is full of water. The breakfast is so so. The service in the reception depends on the day but the guy was very nice, he helped us to bring our luggage to the pier.

수영장에 절벽뷰가 너무 멋있었고 위치도 나쁘지않았어요 라일레이비치 밑에 위치한 프라낭비치까지 도보로 10-15분정도 걸렸어요!

The hotel was lovely! The rooms are like cute little huts. There is a nice little swimming pool and only a short work to beaches on either side of the island. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again. Not all rooms have air conditioning, so if this is necessary for you, check your booking beforehand.

I was very disappointed with this resort. I have been to this area a number of times in the past and have an idea of what to expect in terms of resort quality and service. The staff were not friendly, the breakfast was not good and when I complained that my room stank, the staff were not interested in helping. Turns out the reason my room was smelling was because there was something dead in our roof and maggots then dropped into our room. When I complained the manager said they’ll come clean, but I can’t change rooms. Only when the handy man came and saw the problem did he suggest we get a new room. When we were leaving I asked the staff to help with the luggage, as we had a number of suitcases. They refused to help. On over 30 訂房網站s to Thailand, I’ve never had such poor service.
