喀比自然海灘度假村 (Krabi Nature Beach Resort)

Lovely location and service. The pool is amazing. The rooms could do with more mirrors. Location is great too.

Это не Krabi Nature beach resort! Провели в такси больше часа в поисках этого отеля. В его названии на самом деле нет слова "Nature" и это сбивает с толку. Проживание здесь оставило двойственное впечатление. Красивый дизайн и просторные комнаты с одной стороны но запущенный бассейн и отсутствие даже бумажных салфеток на столах во время завтрака с другой стороны. В номере отличный санузел, но в ванне нет пробки :). Нет фена, чайник не работает, сейф просто насмешка с замочком от чемодана. Завтрак совершенно не стоит 250 бат, самые-самые дешевые продукты. Мы сюда не вернемся, даже со скидкой.

Hotel looks like a temple or a palace, interesting design. Great location, near the see, pier and a big night market. Despite this you probably will not hear loud music till 2 am and will have a chance to have a good sleep. Nice swimming pools and overall clean rooms (at least we didn't have serious complaints about it). The staff was polite and kind. Would stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Located on the edge of Ao Nang the area is quiet and peaceful but still not too far from shops and restaurants. There is an awesome night market nearby. The hotel is a mess. For starters it has three names Aonang Ayodhdya Krabi Beach Resort & Spa -SHA Plus certified Ayodhaya Palace Krabi Beach Resort SHA+ And Krabi Nature Beach Resort. The building is old and poorly maintained. The service is aweful. The elevator hasn't worked "since covid" according to the staff. As soon as we arrived in the room the key slot light activator fell off the wall. Then we asked for a hair dryer and had to go down to get it from the front desk because they refuse to bring it to the room. We had to sign out their hairdryer and were given an electrical and fire hazard shaped like a hairdryer. Only given some stained towels and a small bottle of shampoo and bodywash. No hair conditioner, no toiletries (toothbrush, shaving kit, etc), no slippers, and no robe. No room safe made it uncomfortable to have room made up and forced me to carry all my valuables at all times. The duvet was only covered by sheets and did not have a proper duvet cover. Front desk rarely answered the phone. The toilet got clogged and they took 45 minutes to send someone and I had to call repeatedly. Pool pH was low. The acidic water tasted almost like lemon. On the last day we lost power in our outlets for the whole room. We couldn't charge our phones and some of the lights didn't work because they were plugged into outlets. The ceiling lights worked but we couldn't use the outlets. Front desk made excuses about not being able to fix it because the engineer had gone home. The building was empty but they said they were fully booked up and wouldn't give us another room. Offered no compensation. Do not stay here.

Very big and interesting hotel. Room was good. Maybe if one day get an oppurtunity then renovate the pool area.

位置有點偏，信號不好wifi也不好用 其他的都挺好的

出門在外，就怕丟了護照和重要的物品！我從來都謹慎，可偏偏還是發生了！落地喀比，背包遺落在接車的後座上！現在還清楚的記得，車上標註了，顧客遺失物品概不付（負）責！前台的可愛男生看到我心急如焚，馬上各種操作幫我聯繫警察和車主！他打電話時手都在抖，比我還著急！幫搬運行李的印度小哥和有中國血統的經理也一同出謀劃策！經歷了三個多小時的惴惴不安！失而復得，內心無比的激動和對三個人的感謝！酒店極大，安寧、房間是套間，很寬敞、雖然不是新酒店！但設施完善！喀比的街道上很多酒吧會經營到十一點甚至一點！如果想睡個好覺，可以選擇這裡！如果遇到困難，請找經理叔叔，提我，管用！
