奧南天堂度假村 (Aonang Paradise Resort Krabi)

Le service est excellent. La chambre est propre. Le personel super poli et gentil . Le seul problème c est si votre chambre est dans la zone du parc près de la piscine il y a de la musique à tous les soirs jusqu'à 23 ou 24 heures. Comme je me couche vers 22 hr un peu dérangeant. Je me suis fait changer chambre. Il y a même des feux Artifices.. Sinon tout est correct.

Hôtel très mignon, on dirait qu’on rentre dans un jungle avec des beaux oiseaux dans des cages, jolie piscine. Bon emplacement, tout se fait à pied facilement.

Our 3rd time staying at Aonang Paradise Resort. Resort was well maintained, pool was clean with great view. Location to Aonang beach was just a short distance. Ticketing booth nearby for Long tail boat to West Railay beach. Special shout out to friendly GM Ms Pimchana for her assistance rendered. Duty staff GSA Ms Ying, Sunny and night duty guys was as courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was simple and well plated. Not forgetting residence cutie. Will definitely be back for next vacation. Good job well done guys!

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé . L’emplacement est idéal , 10 minutes à pied de la plage , des magasins , restaurants à côté , on a le choix pour manger. Nous avons bien été accueilli par la staff, l’endroit possède son charme , la piscine est bien entretenue et très belle . Nous avons du changer de chambre car l’électricité ne fonctionnait pas dans notre première chambre ainsi que la fermeture de la porte d’entrée . Nous avons été mis dans une autre chambre qui était mieux car elle possédait des prises à côté du lit ce qui n’était pas le cas de la première. Cependant nous avons noté qu’il était dommage que la lumière apparaissait le matin à cause des briques en verre. La propriété n’était pas au top , quelques taches sur les rideaux , housse de couette. Présence de nombreuses fourmis dans la chambre au sol . Le petit déjeuner n’est pas au top , le pain n’a pas de goût , le choix est très restraint. Dans l’ensemble je suis satisfait.

Location is nice, a short walk to Ao Nang beach and plenty of stalls nearby. The facilities and amenities is not so good, could use a good renovation. Can find a better place for around the same price. The room isn't quite ideal for stay, only has limited power plug which is behind the TV (luckily staff was nice to lend us extension). The door to the room was glass so during the night and morning time, the light was shining in (no curtain to block the light). Break was just a normal fried eggs with toasts. All in all, there are probably better place or the same price.

We booked 4 hotels for our 24 day holiday to Thailand (in all 21 nights) 1 @ £20 per night, 5 @ £42 and 5 @ £43. this dump was booked for 10 @ £63 and it was, by far, the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The location and the grounds of the hotel are quite steep and there was no assistance with luggage (unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests). The room was in a poor state of repair (TV, telephone, some lights, etc. were not working, the patio doors did not lock and were kept closed with a brick, and there was a large gap down the side of the frame that allowed a lot of flying insects to get in). The entire view from the pool and the best rooms was a building site, a large one, the ground had been cleared and they were laying very large water pipes (mains drainage?) for what seems to be a major development that will last a few years. the manageress was a very aggressive young woman who's answer to everything was "No Refund". We arrived late on a Sunday and we left the following day. In my opinion it should be offered as very cheap backpackers accommodation @ £20 per night. Because Krabbi is a busy resort we had to book into 5 star hotels (5 nights with a private pool @ £100 per night and 4 nights in a duplex apartment @ £85 per night) so we spent an extra £900). 訂房網站 would not refund us the £630 we paid for this dump - so their business model is flawed and does not offer the protection of UK law (that does not allow someone to misrepresent a hotel, the pictures they show are from when the hotel was refurbished many years ago and it seems to me that nothing has been touched since and the place allowed to fall into a very poor state.

The hotel is in a great spot and has beautiful views. Swimming pool is great too.
