酒店前台小哥很熱情，英語有印度口音，酒店多數入住的印度人，酒店設施真的很舊，有浴缸，房間非常大，50以上，還有十幾平米的大陽台。建議更換一批毛巾，毛巾真的太舊了。客房打掃要好好培訓一下，打掃太敷衍了，舊毛巾也不收走，入住第一晚廁所垃圾桶居然在洗漱台上，還有濕浴巾在枱子上。後面幾天打掃的相當敷衍。床單和毛巾太舊就會顯得臟。酒店門口沒有推薦的餐廳，因為都太貴了，租摩託很便宜250銖125cc的。預約的一日遊半日遊都可以到酒店接送。這個酒店的泳池是奧南海灘最大的。門口有711，早餐品種不多，但是足夠吃飽，可以煎蛋煮蛋炒蛋。突然有一天房間空調不製冷了，前台找人修理，晚上遊玩回來還是不製冷，就給我換了個房間。服務很熱情，可以把遊玩預約單給前台看，來人接的時候，可以提醒你。預約去機場的小巴車150銖每人。最後酒店冰箱建議好好清潔一下。酒店餐廳服務員記性很好，每次看到我都知道我要吃雙面煎熟的雞蛋，很熱情

Мы жили в третьем корпусе на 3 этаже. Номера большие, с балконом, вид на бассейн, уборка каждый день. В отеле очень тихо и спокойно, вдали от основной дороги и шумных заведений, но вся инфраструктура рядом. Рядом с отелем в 3 метрах 7/11, аптека, магазины, массажные салоны. Бассейн большой, можно сделать длинный заплыв, но требует реновации. Синий цвет плитки делает его внешне непрезентабильным и мрачным.

Hotel location is good you can either just walk to the beach or rent a motorcycle which is very inconvenient. The only thing that make me disappointed about this hotel is CLEANLINESS! It’s far from the scale of acceptable. I don’t mind of the room is old but it must be good maintenance but this place is ridiculous dirty! Smell mold and full of dust. The housekeeping is lacking of sense of professional quality and hygiene and I have no words to tells anymore. I can’t believe this place is pass Wyndham’s qualifications. Very disappointed.

This hotel was our best choice. It has everything: big and clean swimming pool, cool gym, tidy rooms and welcome staff. The hotel is situated on the second line from the sea and it has everything around what tourist may be in need of. Next time gonna book this hotel again 🙏🙏♥️♥️🌸🌸🌸

A complete rip off. Hotel condition is a total disaster. Swimming pool is totally out of bound though they have 1. From cracked main door to mosquito infested room and plaster bagworms all over the ceiling and wall in the room. Requested for room change but they rather you find another hotel to stay as the only reason they kept giving was no other available room. Pls stay away from this hotel at all cost. Such an unpleasant 2 nights stay at this so called 4 star hotel. Will never book anything from Ramada hotel anywhere in the world again. Never trust those +ve reviews for this hotel especially for Krabi. Period.

A disgrace to the name. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk. All seemed well but the check in process was very loud and chaotic. The staff members were dealing with about 5 problems at once. We were early for check in so were told our room would be a wait. We were happy to go away and come back later. Once the room was ready, we were shown to our room by a member of staff. The lift was broken so we had to walk up to the second floor. Luckily for us we didn’t have big suitcases otherwise this would have been really inconvenient. The hallways were very dirty. Upon first looks of the room, it was nice and big with a huge balcony. But as our stay progressed we noticed the balcony doors didn’t lock and from our view we could see the pool was dirty. There was no hot water for our entire stay. Our room was ‘cleaned’ before our second night stay. The bed was hardly made, our towels were replaced with a dirty towel and the basic amenities were not replaced. I am surprised this place has Wyndham attached to their name. A totally awful stay.

Отлично провел в отеле 4 ночи. Скажу сразу, что отель недавно расконсервирован после пандемии. Это чувствуется во всем. Персонал старается, обновляет территорию, бассейн, что-то красит, что-то ремонтирует. На стойке регистрации работникам требуется дополнительное обучение. Номера просто огромные, красивые, удобные (особенно на 1-ом этаже с индивидуальным выходом в бассейн). В некоторых номерах нужен косметический ремонт. Меню завтрака необходимо расширить-слишком скудно. Несмотря на имеющиеся недостатки, этот отель произведет у вас отличное впечатление, рекомендую к бронированию.
