Centrally located, very friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, nice bar. But the property looks very old. The room was below average cleanliness wise, also the wash room.

The staff n hospitality were good. The building externally and infrastructure wise brilliant and it is at the heart of the city. It is so acccessble to all important locations. Since the hotel is so four stars and the amount paid is worth. The antiquity of the building is marvelous. One of the drawbacks is its toilet facilities. It looks very old and washbasin is shabby and dirty from outside. The wall tiles are old style. The door of the toilet is old wood and needs replacing. The lock was not working. But overall stay was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and is palatable to the tongue

Very good spacious and neat room. Was on a business 訂房網站 and meetings. First time i am staying here. Staffs are very good and pleasant. Breakfast was that. Decided to stay whenever i am in calicut.

Stayed only for a night. Dated rooms and bathroom. Very 1980s. Service was good though. Food at the restaurant was good and service polite and speedy.

The check-in process was smooth, the room was well maintained, the toilet was clean and supplied with all toiletries required, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was kind enough to allow a late check-out upon my specific request. I'll definitely come back to this hotel ramdas

The rooms are middling. The bathroom is down right mediocre, with leaking tapes poorly functioning shower with little upkeep and maintenance. The restaurant is good though, with tasty dishes and good staff. It’s not worth the money except from the accessibility point. Overall unsatisfying experience.
