The stay was excellent, staffs is very polite, room is neat and clean. food was service was not upto the mark.

We are a regular customer of park residency hotels but in this Koyilandi park residency we have face a bad issue with receptionist and manager they are very rude not know how to talk to ladies it my request park residency owners to look after them other wise ur goodwill will be spoiled by them

I recently stayed at this three-star hotel, and while the rooms and amenities were comfortable, my overall experience was disappointing due to the hotel’s complete lack of awareness about the city’s weak transportation system. The good: Well-maintained rooms Clean beds Well-stocked mini-fridge Functional facilities The bad: Zero assistance with transportation – As a guest unfamiliar with the city, I expected the hotel to at least have a few cab or auto contacts, especially since public transport is not easily available. However, they were indifferent. I requested a cab to visit a nearby temple at 5:30–6 AM, and their response was a quick, “We’ll check,” only to return with, “Not available.” That was it. No alternative solutions, no effort to help. What if I were a foreigner? Would they have gone above and beyond then? Stranded at the railway station – Upon arrival, I found no prepaid taxis, no autos, and after waiting for a long time, finally got one. Unfortunately, the driver turned out to be creepy and unprofessional. Since the hotel didn’t provide any transport assistance, I was forced to rely on this driver for my entire 訂房網站, leading to multiple unpleasant experiences. Other guests faced the same issue – I wasn’t the only one. I saw families with children struggling to find a way out of the city, completely stranded. If a hotel is running in a location with limited transport options, it is their responsibility to provide some solution—either tie-ups with a cab service or at least a list of reliable drivers. Final verdict: A comfortable stay, but completely unreliable when it comes to guest support. The very reason people book hotels in unfamiliar cities is to have some level of assistance. Here, I felt utterly stranded, and that left a lasting negative impression. If you’re traveling here, be prepared to struggle with transport on your own.

The staff were really nice and friendly to us. The facilities and cleanliness were up to the mark.

The stay was pleasant, the staff are very welcoming and professional, the rooms are clean, and basic essentials are provided as part of stay. Overall a nice stay for 2 days.

A decent good room. Room was small. But very clean especially bathroom and toilet. There was a tea maker with milk powder and teabags. A small fridge was there. Towells bedsheets and blankets are very clean. There was a small restaurant at 1st floor. A pretty decent buffet breakfast with bread butter jam, dosa, idli, puttu, sambar, kadala curry, chatni and chammanthi.
