Safety pins down and many cockroaches in the room and they shifted to next room and they told it was clean and done pesticides. Next room it was more cockroaches than the old one.

It’s horrible no ac working no telephone working to attend they took 1. 5 hr since no phone need to go to reception 3 times no telephone was fixed pathetic management

It was very good experience to stay here and really the staff was very friendly and the candle light dinner hosted by mr shah-id in the restaurant was too beautiful.

Not happy with this hotel fezinn. It is too suffocated and sad place. They don’t clean the plates kept outside the room by the other guests. It was disgusting to stay there. The food plates of the guests who were staying before us was kept near our room door while we were checking in that room and were not picked up even after asking them to and was there till we check out when were checking out next morning. We booked 3 rooms and they gave us room on all different floor. We had to fight to take it on the same floor. It feels so negative there. No ventilation. Housekeeping staff was on leave coz they had wedding last day so they were tired. Like how *******. They don’t give complimentary bottles with the room. The worst decision to stay in that hotel. Even if i get that hotel for free i won’t stay there. I would stay in car.

The infrastructure of the hotel is impressive, but the service was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one in the lobby to welcome us, and the reception was unattended until someone arrived a few minutes later. We were given a room key that didn’t work, and despite calling the reception four times with no answer, we had to go down to the reception to resolve the issue. Additionally, drinking water was not supplied to one of our rooms (we had booked three rooms, and we had to call the reception multiple times before they finally responded. The room was also smelly. The swimming pool, kids play area, and gym appeared neglected, as if they haven’t been maintained since the inauguration. On a positive note, the breakfast was reasonable and tasty.
