We got sea view room we can see the beach from the balcony nice view from there. Clean room. Friendly staff. Whatever you need just tell them. It was worth staying there

Rooms are not maintained properly. Old building. Can not justify a rate above 1500 to 2000 range. I reserved deluxe room for 4500

Very good. Very nice accommodation with sea view room. The food is really awesome and yummy. Nice hotel to stay at kovalam

Not a resort at all. No proper approach road to this hotel. Hotel room price very high poor rooms, lift only upto 3 rd floor. Dinning and breakfast on 5 th floor. That too 5 th floor roof made of asbestos or tin shed. Hotel does not command any rating. Will not recommend to any one to go here. Room have insects chitiya moving around. Hotel management very bad. Showing them all the negative aspects of the hotel and when said can not stay in such a bad hotel they refused to accept cancellation of my 02 night stay. So in all avoid booking of this hotel.

Rooms are okay okay, but not much luxury we when this is comparing with a rs for a single room i think the price is little bit higher, we have booked two rooms for. There was not balcony as per they mentioned

No enough staffs no hot water during evening no good food staffs are rude no assistance for driver accommodation rooms are just ok location is also ok overall not worthy for the money we are spending

First of all it's not a resort, the rooms are below average only for the cost. No facility in the hotel. Many photos in this page was taken long time back or fake settings, in reality it's not the same appeal, very poor maintenance
