It was really horrible and not up to the mark i paid my friend took the same room with 2500 inr so i don’t recommend morning no hot water like lots and lots of problems where there

The room was shabby and the bedsheet was not clean. No provision of tea coffee in the room nor room service was available. The wi-fi never worked in the room. No toiletries was provided in the room. The location was good as it is very near to the beach. A lot needs to worked on the amenities to bring it up to some level as per the room tariff.

No proper toiletries were given. Blanket was not good enough for two people. Breakfast quality was not good as per the charged price.

Could have been better. All doors in our room were hard to lock, the main door key didn’t work, ambiance was average. Tooth brush and paste were not kept.

I had a very good experience staying there. Rooms and washrooms were clean and front office staffs were friendly. The hotel is nearby Kovalam beach. Highly recommend 👍.
