breakfast food quality was really good. but I guess menu is same all the time. they don't have lunch and dinner facilities untill we pre-order. The swimming pool felt a little dirty. pool filters are not running i guess. staff behaviour was top notch. so overall my experience is good here.

The park hotel facility in kovalam needs proper maintenance, front desk is not properly maintained, no one person was available for any needs, bathroom fittings needed maintenance, the ac was making large sound, bed sheets seemed not changed, food not available in reasonable time, when we went to restaurant to have food, the team stated it would take min 50 minutes to an hour to prepare food

I recently stayed at the park international Resort, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, with beautiful sea views right from the balcony of my room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ensuring that I was comfortable.

Actually we booked 2 rooms of 3 beds but they only provide 1 bedroom with 3 beds. And for 2 room they denied for 3 bed.
