AC is Not worked, changed another Room and there also AC performance is poor. also Room Number 601 there is no space to Bath... and Breakfast is Too Costly Eg: For Buffet breakfast they said 350/- On the other end they said on the next day there is no buffet breakfast today...it seems Assorted Breakfast...they demanded 460rs for Set Dosa and cut Fruits. Juice is separate have to pay 460+ 135 overall not good With management

The recption staffs were good. Restaurant staff on 24 january were good. We asked for vegetarian lunch. They did not offer even a second helping. The stsff during dinner time on 24 were excellent. Very nice. Breakfast on 25 jan was awful.

Location is great. Good amenities and services also. Spaces rooms and good ambience except wash rooms. Wash rooms are not spacious.

This hotel was very good in terms of room, hospitality, people attitude etc. Vdefinitely we recommend this hotel for stay at vaikom. The problem is only with respect to the f&b. Orders to room took very much time. Even the morning breakfast is minimal and a la carte. However we enjoyed our stay there.

Very much bad services. Food is bad cleanliness wise is also bad. Staff also not good terrible hotel to stay.

1. The room was not cleaned and the floors were dirty 2. The promised 24x7 hot water but there was no hot water at 6 am in the morning 3. The a/c vent was not working and finally they put paper ball to make the vent stay. 4. The towels in the bathroom were very dirty with stains

No bath curtain and thus flood the entire bathroom when you take bath. After that your feet get wet if you want to used commode or wash basin. Will never stay their again.

Room was not convenient, bedsheets & towel were dirty, they changed it when we pointed out. Mattress was hard(if you have back issues. Ac was ok. Food in hotel restaurant was good, but limited menu. Staff was helpful & welcoming. Sufficient parking but in open available.
