    I had booked a with breakfast plan for an exorbitant rate of 10049 but we did not receive any complimentary breakfast - instead you had booked a without breakfast plan for me - that’s cheating

    Centrally located hotel. Ample car parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service by staff is good. Food and wifi service has to be improved.

    Rooms are premium, staff are corporative, good location in the middle of the town. Rooms have good fragrance overall satisfied

    Amazingly dirty and bad hotel with no ac and terrible staff. At checkout they won’t give you a bill and laugh on you.

    The location and stay was good. There are few restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel is also quite decent. Beautiful river nearby must visit.

    One of the best what kottayam offers though no comparison with large chains. Rooms were large, comfy and cleanliness was good. Food in breakfast was average with limited options, there were display showing dish name neither veg/ non veg. For a pure vegetarian person it was not fun to have veg dishes kept in the same display as non veg sharing the dish and cover. Entrance, stairs and lobby etc were dimly lighted probably due to environment friendly lighting but it gave a scary look.

    This is worst hotel ever i stayed. Terrible staffs. Worst restaurant. Over priced. They are thinking is a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't even 1 star rating. They say, they have a pool. But the pool is closed. Worst food. Russian salad was the worst. I wonder if they know what is a salad.
