    Had a very bad experience with the stay. The main problem was the main switch for the room was on the corridor and someone turned it off from outside, also they unnecessarily knocked and tried to open the locked door for early check out and something else

    The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with my needs. The hotel is also conveniently located, within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

    Very good place to stay the room was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with my needs. The hotel is also conveniently located, within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

    Neat and comfortable rooms with reasonable room rates.value for money.Car parking area is minimum.Enough bike parking area.

    Arackal inn was a very pleasant hotel. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The reception staff was very nice and talkative. Even the bathroom was cleaned and had a good smell. Overall had a plea-sent experience. Looking forward for the next stay.

    No lift. Need to carry luggage 2 floors, no support staff. Smell of smoking. We are unable to adjust ac temperature. Took 2 rooms

    Not a guest friendly stay, rooms were not provided with proper facilities even they didn’t have toiletries, drinking water. Their rooms were good but services are very poor.
