Not recommended at all. Dirty. Old building and room. Aircond is old. Very small room for a RM127/night. Cheap iron box, left black stains on my white shirt.  Next morning 7am can hear knocks on wall, furniture being dragged here and there. Had to call reception at 7.30am and inform. Then they stopped. Not recommended at all! P/S: I don’t normally give bad reviews to 2-3 star hotels as I usually travel for work or 1 night stay only, but this hotel deserves my bad review here.

The hotel is decent for a short stay but has a few drawbacks. The toilet lacks dry and wet separation, which can be inconvenient. The fridge was not clean during my visit. The bed is large but only moderately comfortable. While the location in Kota Tinggi is a bit distant from main attractions, there are plenty of eateries nearby, which is a plus.

Many dust around the room ceiling ,floor got hair floor wipe with wet tissue still is black! toilet not clean , hair dryer full of dust. Walking in the corridor carpet very smelly Overall not bad located in Kota tinggi hope improve more when my next visit

I was given a room with broken aircond, has to go to the front desk to tell them, and they send someone to check the aorcond first, then agree for me to change room. Room did not smell pleasant upon check in. Hot water will get cool as i showering, and eventually become cold water.

Generally a clean and safe hotel. However, more needs to be done in terms of maintenance of existing fixtures and fittings.
