Last minute plan nak book, memang smooth je, even harga a bit pricy, tapi nasib selesa, parking tak free yer... tapi lain2 okay la, parking pulak xde bumbung adeih..

This hotel is one of my kid's favorites. But recently the condition of the Soho room has been very disappointing. The toilet needs more to clean and the housekeeping service is very slow because we keep calling for drinking bottled water and amenities and have to wait for hours and hours for it. Other than that is okay.

Location near to KK Square and Gleneagles Hospital KK, quite strategy. Staff is responsive and supportive Only Internet is not good and got 2 days I totally cannot do work. House keeping will knock the door early morning and keep banging until we answer.

Wifi is ok, living room and bed room different , not lkie soho , 2 toilet ,very convienice .have refrigerator good for us to store the goods aircond not very cold , even maintenance vame at services is still the same. While sleeping no need to covet blanket .This is my time while sleeping no cover by blanket , jope the management can services the aircond ,. Ask the professonal .

This room was not suitable for families . No parking provided . If you planning to get affordable place to stay, always remember to at least standby RM50-60 for car park. There’s so many other places with this price. Sorry no photo related, the place just ordinary.

Too noisy from outside talking walking & movement. The bathroom floated at the first night but solved after I complained to reception.
