OYO 90262亞庇民宿是哥打京那巴魯新裝修的飯店之一，於2020-12-31正式投入使用。旅客們可以發現海底散步 到飯店只有很短的距離。飯店佔盡地理之宜，Nexus Resort Golf Course、School of Science & Technology和深海水族館離此都很近。
