시내위치한 가성비 갑의 호텔입니다. 조식 후기가 좋지 않아 별 기대 없었지만 나름 괜찮았습니다. 청소나 침구정리도 깔끔 합니다. 다만 큰 기대는 접고 실용성 위주로 잠깐 머문다면 추천 드립니다만, 가족 휴양 숙소는 아니니 참고하시면 됩니다. 2박이상 넘기지 마실것 추천.

Checked in at the hotel at around 9.30pm. I noticed the air conditiong was kinda hot. But i thought to myself, I’ll give it some time run first. Maybe it’ll get better soon. Then an hour later, it was still hot, so i called operator, and she said she will send someone to our room. Waited about 30 minutes or more, still nobody came. I called the second time, and she said she’ll get someone to our room again. And that’s it, nobody came to our room, to help us with the air conditioning. And we were to tired to wait already. So My 8 month old baby sleept sweating that night and i had to fan him with the note book that they put beside the bed. Upon checkout, I complained to the receptionist and the manager about the incident, and they checked on their system that the issue had been resolved. Which was abvioustly a lie. So the manager said he will investigate the matter and he promised something to me. So i hope he keep his words. I’m a regular here, so i know there was something wrong with the air conditioning. I know the quality of the hotel. So let’s see wether the manager is serious about his words.

Everything is great except for the lighting in Room 568, why is it so dim? I was straining my eyes on my laptop because lighting wasn't that great. Bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious enough. The big fridge was a bonus, the same with the pantry. Recommended stay as this hotel is very near to Imago Shopping Mall

部屋の広さはとても良かった。 立地に関しては地図上ではショッピングセンターが向かい側でいいなと思ったけど、意外と歩くと大変。結果的に20分近くかかる。また、日本のように歩道が整備されてないため結構難関。grabが主ならば問題無し。 部屋は少しカビ臭い。古いせいもあるかも。 タオルはシミがあったりした。 入って手を洗うと水が流れず困ったが、すぐに対応してくれた。 おすすめできる！というほどでもないけど 絶対辭めとけ！って感じでもない。 東南アジア、ローカルを受け入れられる人なら 全然許容範囲內だと思う！

Got upgraded to king sized bedroom. All amenities were good, so many plug points & got study table. Perfect for those who travels for work. However i feel like the carpet was a bit dirty, need to wear slipper inside the room (they provide slippers). Room was so spacious for me alone🤣

Always a good experience staying here. Really space full and clean. The bed so comfy and room so good and cold. Perfect for weekend hotel vacation. Looking forward to come back again next week. Hopefully get the same room again. Parking quite full on Sunday. But luckily I'm checking out on Sunday. Everything is good 😊👍

Unfortunately the day we went there was a water cut off and we couldn't get shower or even flush the toilet and this caused quite a bit of annoyance for us as we wanted to get a shower and have a good rest after a long flight and arriving very early in the morning. However, this was inevitable and not the hotel's fault as some parts of KK was having major shortage of water. To cut story short, we cancelled another night of stay and the management was kind enough to refund us the 2nd unutilized night due to water problem, which we appreciated. Room was decent, good for transit but there isn't any nearby shops or restaurants and the nearest was quite a distance away to walk to so using grab is much convenient. The manager was friendly and helpful though, which is another plus point.
