Centrally located in KK, within ~10 mins walking distance to both major touristy areas in the city. Host was very nice and helpful, and the room was squeaky clean. Bed is definitely comfy. The bathroom comes without a dedicated shower area. Not a problem with the strong ventilation system. Aircon is strong, but the air quality is perhaps affected by the surrounding neighborhood, where it draws fresh air from. No lifts in this hotel, just so you know.

This is our first time staying at this hotel, and it has been a pleasant experience. We arrived very early at 8:00 am, and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage safely at the counter. When we checked out, the friendly uncle at the reception even invited us to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was simple but clean, and the overall environment was cozy. The location is also a big plus, just a 5-minute walk to Centre Point and very convenient to explore the city. Highly appreciated the hospitality and would consider staying here again!

性價比很高的酒店，應該是舊樓改造的，更像是民宿類型的旅館，雖然裝修有些年代感但是乾淨衞生，有好多老外都住在這裡。酒店位置絕佳，走路就能到達網紅的景點和餐廳。附近有銀行超市便利店，晚上睡覺也不吵。酒店不提供洗漱用品和拖鞋需要自備。在一層有凈水機喝水很方便。老闆是華人很熱情，有什麼不明白的直接問，最重要的是老闆還賣榴蓮，價格特別實惠，很多人都在他這裡買。當天採摘如果回酒店晚了就賣光了。我們特別幸運趕上兩回，榴蓮特別新鮮好吃。這是我們來馬來西亞吃的最滿足的一次。什麼天橋榴蓮的我們都沒敢買，一是價格貴二是也不知道是什麼品種容易被坑。下次再來亞庇我還是選擇住在這裡。

Sangat tinggi tapi tiada lif.. meletihkan Seterika tidak boleh bawa ke dalam bilik.Terpaksa turun di tingkat 1..Bilik tpt seterika pakaian tiada kipas atau AC..Sangat panas..

The location of hotel is in the heart of KK city located at Kampung Air. Easy access to variety of restaurants and convenience shops. The hotel amenities were good. All working fine. The remote air conditioning and TV was not available in my room but it's not a big issue for me. The bed was a bit hard to lie on and the pillows were too soft for my liking What i loved the most was the water pressure of the shower. The pressure is strong unlike other hotels which claims to 3 stars. No parking provided so If u parking at the public parking area make sure that your vehicle is not blocking the night market which take places after 6pm. Overall totally worth it.
