bilik luas ,cantik dan bersih. lokasi ke shooping mall sangat dekat,hanya perlu beberapa langkah ja. cuma ada separuh karan yang tak hidup macam tv, dan pemanas air minum. yang lain so far semua ok🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Location great but wifi shockingly bad. Guests made lots of noise and were so disrespectful. Receptionist didn’t seem bothered that experience had been less than satisfactory. Would only suggest for the location and price because nothing else was redeemable.

Got same room like in this picture. So far everything is well. Clean, complete facilities and got qiblat label for pray but not all the lights is working. Need to be careful if bring your children because the furniture mostly from glass and the parking area is not free.

Experience of leaking aircond straightly under television. Feels not safe at all whole night. Already told the receptionist when check out regards the issue.

Location strategik, jalan kaki je p pasar filipina, mall. Byk la tmpt dekat2. Tapi kad pintu selalu x boleh akses, kena turun naik p ke kaunter. Tu yg leceh.

Parking fees really expensive not under hotel management. Park fees Rm6 each your 1st 3 hour & Rm2 1 hour after. Room view really poor. Room been changed without notice not similar as your booking request. But room receptionist really helpful.

Service terbaik dari customer service.. Setiap bilik ada decorations yg berlainan dan semuanya buat sejuk mata memandang.. recommend deluxe room jika mahu yg ada jakuzi. Service terbaik la dari pihak hotel.. tengah2 bandar kk bergerak kiri kanan senang
