given a room as requested - quiet and far from lift. but got strong smoking odor at the end of hallway. lack of basic amenities such as toothbrush. hot water not hot, until the very last day of stay. nwy, good counter service, good cleaner. hotel can consider to remove that wooden tv cabinet to allow more space :)

Tidak berapa memuaskan penginapan kali ini. 1. Dapat bilik yang tandasnya tidak boleh flush, nak hububgi receptionist dari dalam bilik tapi phone tidak berfungsi, jadi terpaksa turun ke bawah untuk buat aduan. Request untuk tukar bilik tapi mereka ingin technician datang betulkan dahulu, tapi setelah hampir 1 jam menunggu tiada siapa yang datang dan suami terpaksa call (menggunakan phone sendiri) untuk menanyakan hal ini, dan akhir sekali mereka setuju untuk tukar bilik. 2. Bilik baru tandasnya berfungsi dengan baik tetapi tahap kebersihan tidak memuaskan, ada beberapa helai rambut di lantai ketika masuk bilik, klip rambut di atas meja sebelah tv, bawah sinki terdapat rambut. 3. TV tidak berfungsi dengan baik (kemungkinan masalah internet) , jadi sepanjang pengginapan kami tiada aktiviti menonton tv. Nak tonton netflix dan youtube lun tidak boleh. Terima kasih.

I already searched hotel in Kota Kinabalu centre. But I got the one 30 minutes away from city with same name Tang Hotel in city centre. Overall the stay n the front desk are great.

My stay was just okay and nothing fancy. The price was pretty average. The toilet door definitely needs some fixing. Overall it was fine.

Good location nearby to UMS. Nearby got shops and restaurants to eat since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. Lobby area without aircond. They should fix it. Overall worth for money spend.
