The cleanliness and location are good, which made the stay comfortable overall. However, it would be better if hairdryers and irons were provided in every room, although I appreciate that hairdryers are available upon request from reception. The soundproofing could be improved, especially for light sleepers, as noise from other rooms, slamming doors, and the parking area can be heard quite clearly. The curtains are also not dark enough to block out morning light. Considering these factors, the price feels quite high for a budget hotel. I hope there will be improvements in the future. The service is acceptable, but the reception staff could be more welcoming during check-in and check-out. Improving guest interaction would enhance the overall experience and create better opportunities within the hospitality industry.
