房間很乾凈 地點很方便隔壁就是吃海鮮的大排檔 還有本地特色表演 推薦入住 櫃枱服務態度也非常好

因為上一家已經退房，取了行李出了一身汗衹打算找個地方洗澡，定了“如家”。Googlemap上面搜不到這家店，複製了地址發現是一家叫YOY的店面，一樓是按摩。原想著翻譯的問題就辦理了入住，進去之後真是有好大的驚喜。首先沒有電梯，衹有又陡又窄的樓梯，房卡感應是損壞的，衹能靠鑰匙開門。剛開了門準備插卡取電結果卡槽掉到地上三次，根本沒法取電！好不容易固定了卡槽發現屋子小的可憐，一股很濃重的令人乾嘔的黴味！開啟空調之後一直在瘋狂滴水，牆上床上到處都是水！浴巾不止有破洞還有臟汙！！雖然訂這間房衹為了洗漱暫放行李，但是這個環境真的一言難盡！！！

I'm so dissapointed for booking this Blossom Hotel. The location was not in Maps/Google Maps. It's hard to find the location and the hotel was not accesablel. The room was so dirty and it's not family-friendly to stay here. I'm going on vacation to Kinabalu from Indonesia and this is what I got. I'm not recomended this hotel at all.

Very comfortable to stay here, please do not compare tis hotel with 4star hotel. as a budget hotel tis rate reasonable, center location, restaurant surrounding. 24 hours convenient shop , easy to get the public transport, staff friendly. easy to reach here. will choose here again next time.

Bad. Dirty. Sheet has some dirty point. Air conditionar was not working well. Water came to bed from air conditionar. Bed is not cosy. I got up early. Then check out.

Overall, the Blossom Hotel is good and has potential for further improvement in terms of facilities. The location is very strategic and it is easy to find food and places to chill nearby. However, communication among the hotel frontliners should be improved for a better guest experience.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the TV wasn’t working. Staff were polite and check-in was easy. The location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants.

Good location and definitely worth it for the strategic spot. The male staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay better. *However, the female staff need to improve on how they treat customers, especially in terms of attitude and communication. Overall, it’s okay, but customer service still needs improvement.* 🫵🫵🫵
