I'm so dissapointed for booking this Blossom Hotel. The location was not in Maps/Google Maps. It's hard to find the location and the hotel was not accesablel. The room was so dirty and it's not family-friendly to stay here. I'm going on vacation to Kinabalu from Indonesia and this is what I got. I'm not recomended this hotel at all.

Very comfortable to stay here, please do not compare tis hotel with 4star hotel. as a budget hotel tis rate reasonable, center location, restaurant surrounding. 24 hours convenient shop , easy to get the public transport, staff friendly. easy to reach here. will choose here again next time.

Bad. Dirty. Sheet has some dirty point. Air conditionar was not working well. Water came to bed from air conditionar. Bed is not cosy. I got up early. Then check out.

Pure nightmare. FALSE advertisement! The amenities and equipment listed : hot water, daily house keeping and wifi, are non existant during my whole stay. Checked in, no toilet paper, floor very dirty, no wifi alarm in the corridor going on the whole day. Asked to changeroom, only to find same issue : dirty, no functioning wifi, and now hot water non existent. Asked multiple times during our 3 nights for house keeping, for assistance, however the room was never cleaned, hot water never came, and had to find toilet paper and towelby myself like a thief from stock rooms Since receptionist doesn't even know where the amenities Can be found. Receptionist knocked door at3AM for idk what ! Very poor hotel management

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a king bed room as the queen room was not available. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working and there was no lift, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

due of flight reschedule, i stayed here again for another night, just walking around, many restaurant nearby. Philippine market and night market short distance only.
