Problem at check-in, buy 1 room with 2 breakfast but the staff argued they received emel only for 1 breakfast. Then problem with the door key. I had to go up & down 3x until the staff followed to the room and open the door with other key. They accused us not closed the door gently but the door itself the problem, it stuck and hard to close/open. The room smelly & not clean enough. The aminities the only give shower gel/bar. Actually this is our 2nd time stayed here. 1st time in 2018 and we like it stayed here but our recent stayed was very disappointed.

This place so bad. The parking, the facilities and the room. The service is so bad. I book for Deluxe King Room however when i register, the receptionist said that there are no room left for King Room, so he asked me to go to the Queen Room. Worst service ever.
