The staff is polite and well trained. We have buffet breakfast on their rooftop, 7th floor. This offers a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast spread covers local delicacies and western style sausage baked beans and toast. Something for everyone.
Our twin room was spacious enough, with tea service, a safe and mini fridge.

If one word can describe this hotel, i would use "old". The gym equipment was bought pre 2010's. Even the treadmill was older than my son.
Complimentary breakfast was ok, but no buah potong; i was served with limau CNY.

Puas hati dari segi kebersihan dan layanan. Bilik dibersih setiap hari. Waktu breakfast mula 6-10am agak tidak bersesuai, mungkin boleh panjangkan sikit ke 11am. Dari segi makanan di hotel, saya mencadangkan agar menu ditukar setiap hari. tidak perlu banyak menu, cuma ber gilir saja. Dari segi taste makanan, kena improve lagi, makanan agak berminyak, bihun goreng banyak minyak, ayam masak merah banyak minyak. overall, view breakfast cantik sebab kat rooft top tetapi makanan perlu ditambahbaik lagi.
