Had a wonderful 3-night stay here. Receptionists were friendly & helpful, allowing me a slightly earlier check in after my long journey to KB. Room was very comfortable & clean. Hotel cafe was nice. The location of hotel was good, accessible to museums, street art, bus terminal, market, craft center, etc. A slight drawback would be it's right opposite the mosque but I got used to it. Recommended.

Love the hotel, very new and clean. Big towels too. However, unfortunately, this is out of hotel’s control. The prayer starts at 5:30am, ends at about 6:30am. So if you want to sleep more or if you are a light sleeper, please reconsider. Another thing, their breakfast starts at 8am++ lol. Overall stay was good but just need to wake up super early.

The hotel has gone through a facelift so the rooms, corridors and lobby are spotlessly clean and modern. A popular homegrown Kelantanese coffee chain operates downstairs, providing a selection of set breakfast, room service and in-dining menus. The staff members are pretty friendly, and service is quite efficient. All in all, a great stay! I only wish the bathroom had been configured differently to have a dry area.

Received very good deal from 訂房網站.com make our stay worth every penny! Cute hotel with friendly staff, walking distance to Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah, Masjid Negeri, Craft centre and Muzium. Our stay come with breakfast provided by Nasken. Nasi Lemak ayam for me better dan English Breakfast. Overall still wonderful stay!
